Spa Policy

APPOINTMENTS

You may schedule an appointment either by phone or online. When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to our policies. All services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation including services intended to be paid with a gift card.

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW OF APPOINTMENTS

Please understand that services are reserved for you personally. We require a deposit of 40% of the total service cost at the time of booking. You must cancel a minimum of 24 hours before your appointment in order to receive a full refund for the deposit. You must reschedule a minimum of 24 hours before your appointment in order to have the deposit amount put towards the future appointment.

Any cancellations or rescheduling, with less than 24 hours of notice, will not be refunded for the deposit amount. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. If you are late, we reserve the right to shorten your service, and you will be charged for the service you booked, not the shortened service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, and we do not have enough time to perform the service due to timing, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Our cancellation policy allows us time to inform standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our staff’s schedules filled, thus better serving everyone.

Purchase for any amount, including gratuity. Lost or stolen cards are not replaceable. Cards may not be redeemed for cash. Gift cards expire two years from date of purchase. Gift cards are transferable but non-refundable.

CHILDREN

No age require to receive service. Law requires minors under the age of 18 to be accompanied by parent or guardian for spa services. Children are not permitted to accompany parents at any time during their spa services.
